My paint palette is one of the messiest things I own but its shows so much creativity. It’s covered in layers of dried colors from different moods, different nights, and different little bursts of creativity. Every stain on it reminds me of a project I started on a random afternoon or a piece I made because I just felt like making art. It’s beat up in the best way, the kind of object that looks like it’s been through actual creative chaos, and that’s exactly why I love it.

What I like about this palette is how it’s basically a timeline of everything I’ve made. The soft blues, the greens, the warm tones… they all blend into each other, kind of like a memory of every idea I’ve ever tried to paint. It’s been a while since I’ve used it, since I am moving towards more digital design things, but it feels like this little snapshot of who I am as an as a person who loves to create.
